I have a problem rendering my pixel art sprites properly in Unity. So far I have one character in a sprite-sheet I made, with frames of size 64x64. The actual sprite is roughly 32x32 but I left room for movement in animations. I advise to ignore all of the advice in this thread. No one here seems to understand one of the major rules in creating art. Any art. But especially for games. The "especially" because of the various resolutions a sprite can be rendered at. The downside is the workload. 150x150 pixel art is a real challenge to animate, even the tilesets will take a lot of work at that resolution. If you have characters beyond the player that are this size (enemies and other objects) it expands the work involved considerably.
